- 2 exams per year
- Annual bitewing x-rays
- 1 Panorex or FMX x-ray every 3-5 years

- 1 Emergency Exam per year
- 10% off additional treatment (excludes ortho)
Perio Plan
Over $300 savings
$730/year
- 4 Periodontal maintenance per year
- 2 exams per year
- Annual bitewing x-rays
- 1 Panorex or FMX x-ray every 3-5 years
- 2 Fluoride treatments per year
- 1 Emergency Exam per year
- 10% off additional treatment (excludes cosmetic veneer)
- The plan applies only to services provided at Marietta Premier Dental
- The plan fees are non-refundable.
- The plan starts the day of enrollment and expires one year from enrollment date
- The plan is intended for patients without dental insurance. Patients cannot use both dental insurance benefits and discounts from the plan.
- The plan cannot be transferred to another patient.
- Use of Care-Credit to pay for the plan and finance treatment will require a convenience fee. Please see the front office for details.
